This category is best suited for any customer that has full
supporting documentation and evidence of income.
Applicants - Individuals
• PAYG employed.
• Are not currently employed under a probationary period.
• Have been self-employed for at least the past two years or have been full-time
investors for at least the past two years.
• are permanent residents or Australian citizens.
Applicants - Corporate Entities
• are currently trading as a registered Australian company and subject to
company taxation;
• are a trustee company acting on behalf of a family trust;
• are a partnership entity.
• Guarantees from company directors or proprietors are required
Finance Facility size: Minimum $30,000, Upto $4,000,000.
Available for: Metropolitan and most regional/country areas of Australia.
Deposit: Starting from 5% based on the value of the property, location and size
of the facility.
Rates: Great Value! Ask about our special fixed, variable and quarterly rates.

Gold (Lo Doc)
This category is best suited for any customer that is self employed,
including those Sole Traders, Tradesman, Contractors, Business Owners and
Investors, that can’t evidence their income at the time of the request.
Applicants Individuals
• have been self-employed or have been full-time investors for at least the past
two years;
• are unable to provide extensive financial statements or taxation returns at
the time of their application;
• have a reasonable level of net assets; and
• are permanent residents or Australian citizens.
Finance Facility size: Minimum is $30,000, Upto Maximum – $3,000,000.
Available for: Metropolitan and most regional/country areas of Australia.
Deposit: Starting from 20% based on the value of the property, location and size
of the facility.
Rates: Very Competitive Standard lo-doc pricing applies. Ask about our special
fixed, variable and quarterly rates.

Silver(No Doc)
This category is best suited for any customer! Especially those Sole Traders,
Tradesman, Contractors, Business Owners and Investors, that can’t evidence their
income. The customer will be assessed predominantly based on the asset.
Applicants Individuals
• Clients that are self-employed or full-time investors and are unable to
provide extensive financial statements or taxation returns
• NO minimum period of self-employment is required
• NO supporting documentation required for self-employed applicant/s
• NO stated income or A&L required.
Finance Facility size: Minimum is $30,000, Upto Maximum – $2,000,000
Available for: Metropolitan and most regional/country areas of Australia.
Deposit: Starting from 30% based on the value of the property, location and size
of the facility.
Rates: Reasonably priced for a great product. Ask about our special variable and
quarterly rates.
